Many of our clients have placed
us in management roles. This gives us increased flexibility to drive
immediate operational change. This can include hard to accomplish taskings
such as eliminating unnecessary manpower, reengineering processes, establishing
and implementing performance standards, negotiating with suppliers,
and bringing in and cultivating performance driven individuals who will
produce the results needed.
In taking over an operation, we typically develop an exit
strategy before entering into the management position. This includes
an understanding on potential impacts within the organization, a contingency
plan, and an understanding of how management envisions running the operation
after we have completed our assigned taskings. During the management
period, will make necessary refinements, ensure the daily workload is
adhered to, interview and train our replacement, and ensure smooth transitions.
Throughout the management period, you can expect a focused
approach to implementing change while ensuring continued and successful
operations. You will receive regular updates, daily measurement of key
target areas, and 100% availability.
